This action arises from the Office of the Attorney General's Motion For the Public Auditor to Recuse Herself that was filed on Feb. 17, 2010 with the OPA. In response to the AG's motion, the OPA granted said motion on March 1, 2010.
Update: On January 27, 2010, 4:30 PM, in response to the Appellant's Notice of Withdrawal of Procurement Appeal OPA-PA-10-001, the Public Auditor signed and issued the Order of Dismissal without prejudice.
